Do I need a boating license (PCOC) to rent?
No. We provide a full safety briefing and you'll complete Transport Canada's Rental Boat Safety Checklist, which serves as your authorization for the rental period.
What's the minimum age to operate a Seadoo?
Seadoos (personal watercraft) require operators to be 18 years of age or older. For power boats and pontoons, younger operators may be permitted under direct adult supervision depending on the vessel — please call us to confirm for your group.
What's included in the rental?
All rentals include a full safety briefing, life jackets sized for your entire group, and required safety equipment. Fuel is charged separately based on usage. We also provide expert local recommendations on the best spots for cruising, swimming, or wakesurfing around Okanagan Lake.
How much is the damage deposit?
A $2,500 damage deposit is required (plus a valid credit card). Deposits are typically refunded within 24 hours after the boat is returned in good condition. Many guests tell us how impressed they are with our fast and fair process.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the rental rate. We understand plans change — please contact us as early as possible.
