Rental policies & terms

We've designed our policies to be fair and transparent for both our guests and our equipment. Clearc expectations help ensure every rental runs smoothly so you can focus on enjoying Okanagan Lake.
Damage deposit
Credit card required. Deposit is $1,500 for Seadoos and $2,500 for all power boats and the pontoon. Refunded quickly after return in good condition.
Cancellation policy
Full refund with 24+ hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking are
charged 50% of the rental rate.
Fuel policy
Fuel is billed separately based on usage, on top of the rental rate.
Arrival & check-in
Arrive 20 minutes early for boat and Seadoo rentals; 30 minutes early for SUP rentals.
Peak-season minimums
In July and August, boat rentals are a 4-hour minimum and Seadoos are a 2-hour minimum due to high launch volume.
Late-return fees
Additional charges apply for late returns. Call ahead if you'll be delayed.
Guest responsibilities & liability
Guests are responsible for damage to the vessel during the rental period. The signed safety checklist must be followed at all times.
